The Skilled Young Palestine project organised a series of workshops over the
summer, targeted at improving the TVET system and building capacities of
its actors in Palestine. The workshops are part of a series of
capacity-building activities, organised by Enabel in cooperation with local and
international experts in the field. The capacity building has to result in an
institutionalized approach and implementation of work-based learning,
that will sustain after the project’s lifetime.

staff and trainers from the Ministry of Labour were present as well to ensure
institutionalisation. The workshop focused on how to implement the
Action-Oriented Learning approach and Complex Task approach, in preparation of
the start of their training programs.
